28/12/09 MOHAMMEDAN SC TIE FOR ACE
Mohammedan SC will be the opponents in the quarter finals of the ILFL Cup for ACE, the match will see Mohammedan SC goalkeeper Iqbal Hussain line up against his former club. The quarter final tie will be played on Sunday 17th January 2010.
14/12/09 ACE THROUGH TO QUARTER FINALS
ACE are through to ILFL Cup Quarter Finals for the first time in the clubs history after a superb 7-0 win over Burdett FC.
29/11/09 BURDETT FC IN THE SECOND ROUND
ACE have been drawn against second high flyers Burdett FC in the second round of the Inner London Football League cup. This will be the first ever competitive meeting between the sides. The last time ACE faced Burdett FC was in a friendly back in March 2009 were Burdett took a suprising 3-0 lead but a second half hat-trick by sub Ryan Clarke and a goal from trialist Kaloyan Kostov gave ACE 4-3 victory.
24/11/09 MORE INJURY WOES FOR ACE
ACE' Syed Ali has been ruled out for at least 3 months after picking up an ankle injury during their league game against Elite Youth. He had to be substituted after 10 minutes after kick-off. This is likely to rule him out for the remainder of the season.
24/11/09 ACE PICK UP FAIR PLAY AWARD AT THE 13TH ANNUAL BFA AWARDS CEREMONY
ACE have picked up the Fair Play Award at the 2009 BFA Awards held, which was held at the London Muslim Centre. They had the best disciplinary record throughout the BFA Summer League First Division 2009 season.
25/10/09 ACE DRAWN AGAINST MINNOWS ACE ATLETICO
ACE have been drawn against 2nd division strugglers Ace Atletico in the 1st round of the Inner London Football League Cup. It will be the first ever meeting between the sides. The match will kick off at 10:30am in Victoria Park.
12/10/09 NELSON TO SPEND LENGTHY TIME ON THE SIDELINES
ACE can confirm that new signing Nelson Goncalves is likely to miss the rest of the season after picking up a serious knee injury whilst playing against West Ham SC. He picked up the injury after coming on as a substitute in the 5-3 victory against them.
28/09/09 MAT JOINS STEPNEY
The experienced centre back was ACE' first choice defender and made 11 league and cup appearance in the BFA Summer League 1st Division, as ACE finished 3rd in the league and reached quarter finals in the BFA Cup 2009.
21/09/09 TRAINING RESUMES
ACE FC' training session will resume on Friday 25th September at 8 PM at Mulberry Secondary School. Please can everyone report back for pre-season training.
12/09/09 ACE START WITH A LOCAL DERBY
ACE FC begin the Inner London Football League 2009/10 season with a local derby against FC Brick Lane and take on BFA Summer League 1st division champions West Ham SC a week later.
17/07/09 END OF SEASON BREAK
ACE FC will be taking a 1 month break from football and will return to action in late September where they will be competing in the First Division of the ILFL Winter League Season 2009/10. The fixtures will not be released until mid September. Training sessions will also be postponed and will commence prior to the first game of the season. The day, time and venue will be notified in due course. In the meantime ACE wishes you all a happy and peaceful break and would like to see everyone report back for pre-season training.
